Postage and Packing
How much does delivery cost?
Postage and packing is sent by Royal Mail, see table below. P&P charges will be added at the checkout. For UK Standard P&P please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. If paying by cheque please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear.

Royal Mail will make every attempt to deliver your parcel on time which must be signed for. If they cannot achieve this they will leave a card and the parcel will be taken to the local post office. There you will be able to collect your parcel, please remember to take proof of identity and home address.

Payments
We accept on-line American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover via PayPal payment gateway. Cheques are acceptable and orders will be dispatched after payment has been cleared.

When purchasing a product from Squeaky Tots you will be asked for personal information including your postal address to complete your order.

We do not store credit card information as we use PayPal secure payment processor. Please see PayPal's Security policy.

To pay with PayPal you will have the option to register as a PayPal user, registering is optional. However, creating a PayPal account is encouraged since PayPal is one of the safest, most convenient ways to send or receive money over the Internet.

Once you have placed your order with us we will send you a confirmation email. If for any reason there is a delay with your order we will email you immediately. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive as this is dependent on the shipping company.

Exchange and Returns
Returned products are accepted within 14 days. Please return them in secure packaging with the original delivery note and box.

All returned products and their boxes must be in the condition you received them. Refunds will not be given if products and/or boxes are damaged.

The purchaser is responsible for products until we receive them back so it is advisable that you obtain a (free of charge) proof of postage certificate from your post office.

When returning your product/s please let us know your name and address and the reason why you are returning your product/s. If you want to change a product let us know what you would like to exchange it with. If you need to change shoes let us know which style, colour and size you require.

We regret that return postage, packing and insurance cannot be refunded.

Privacy statement
We require personal contact information (such as name, email, and postal address) to complete your order or if we have trouble processing an order and we need to contact you.

We will not divulge your personal information to a third party.

We will not share this information with any third party for any reason.

On occasions we will send an email to customers who have purchased from us, to inform them of special offers and/or new products. If you do not wish to receive further information please let us know by email: info@squeakytots.co.uk and we will remove you from our database.

We do, though, reserve the right to disclose your personally information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.
